While Orange may have missed the opportunity to be the exclusive retailer for the Xperia X10 Mini Pro in white (available on Three),  like they are for the full size X10, they haven’t missed the chance with the Apple iPhone 4. Orange have secured the exclusive rights to sell the white model of Apple’s latest iPhone.

The white iPhone 4 was supposed to be released a couple of months back but, Apple delayed the release of the white model in the UK due to the reception issues and some handsets also experienced yellow tinges on the screen.After this, it was discovered that the white model, would not be released until the end of the year but, hopefully we should see it before then. Orange haven’t given out much information and have only commented with “later this year”. There may be only a four months left of this year but, later this year, certainly sounds more promising then at the end of the year.

A few days back, we told you of the competition that the News of the World was holding. In the competition, you could win you had the chance to win the white Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro, which is an exclusive to Three in the UK. Along with the Mini Android 1.6 handset, the winner would also receive a Marc by Marc Jabobs watch, Ray-Ban sunglasses and an Aspinal of London bag. The competition with Vogue however, ends September 2nd, giving you even longer to enter and getting friends and family to enter. This summer, white is the color to have, from sunglasses, to watches, bags and clothes, white is definitely in this summer. The Xperia X10 Mini Pro is a downsized version of Sony Ericsson’s Xperia X10. Like it’s big brother, it is also powered by Android and currently runs Android 1.6, due to be updated soon to 2.1.
