Laser Tag robot uses netbook and 360 controller

Robot battles have been taken to the next level with this DIY robot. The created robots use an Eee PC netbook, a movable arm with a laser attach and photo resisters. The webcam on the netbook streams video to the control station where a server keeps track of the ammo used and other details about the battle. An Xbox 360 controller is used to control the movable arm, which allows the robot to move, aim and fire. The laser needs to hit the photo resister to lower the health points of the opposing robot. Check out a video of the robots in action after the jump.
