Logitech have been making moice for a long time now, so it should come as no surprise that they have shipped the 100 millionth. We aren’t talking about all their mice combined though, only the wireless versions.
Logitech were the first company to use RF cordless technology and started producing wireless mice in 1991. Before that, other wireless mice required a line of sight between the IR receiver and the mouse. Since then, the company still provide wired mice as well as the wireless counterparts and cater to a wide range of needs.
There are budget wireless mice, which you can pick up for less than £20, or you can opt for the gaming Logitech mice, which can cost £60 upwards. Do you have a wireless Logitech mouse to contribute to these stats? I certainly do and am very happy with it, especially with the new “nano receivers”, which don’t stick out very far in the USB ports. This makes them perfect for laptops and netbooks.
